Hi guys! Christmas is coming…
and I have some news that I want to share with you.

Last month I sent a Pdf to Santa Claus to complain about last year’s gifts, he brought me some fake presents.. In reply, I received back some very interesting files, but I didn’t got them totally.. I only realize now that for this Christmas I will not receive any gifts: this time Santa Claus has been much more honest.
Anyway something has changed in me.
..So today I decided to invest my energies for my friends.

This is why the title of this newsletter is not about Christmas and its gifts,
but it’s instead “Zenzero Christmas”.

A vegetable tisane.

Just depurated hot water, when has boiled I added a piece of carrot, 1 piece of fennel, 1 piece of celery, 1 anis star, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 tea spoon of honey, a touch of ginger (zenzero). Let it infuse for 2 minutes and serve it.

My suggestion is to drink it, maybe while watching the movie “A touch of spice” (2003). It’s a quite dramatic sentimental movie that has food, dharma and astronomy as coordinates.
